About the ROLE

Our Dynamic Drill and Blast division provides full production drilling and specialty blasting services across the civil and mining industries. Our range of services are all performed with minimal disturbances to the surrounding environment and construction areas.

We are seeking the services of an experienced SITE MANAGER to join the Dynamic Drill and Blast team to lead one of our major Projects.  This role will be FIFO from Perth on an 8 / 6 roster and is available for an immediate start.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a senior role where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our assets (including people, plant and equipment) to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency and cost.

About YOU

With your approachable and dynamic leadership style, you will also have:

• a proven track record of successful safety and people management;
• at least 5 years' experience in a similar site-based management role within a drill and blast environment;
• a proven background in managing complex projects with successful stakeholder engagement;
• the ability to ensure drill and blast contract requirements are clearly understood and achieved on a daily basis;
• the ability to produce accurate reports on people and production targets;
• sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft products;
• Quarry Managers Certification (desirable);
• Hold a Section 44 and Statutory S26 or working towards the exam;
• Hold current certifications / licences (WA Shot Firers ticket, Provide First Aid Certificate, HR drivers licence and a National Police Clearance less than 6 months old).
