Job Description
What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and management of the groups equipment assets and the maintenance of our drill & blast, exploration and waterwell fleet
Provide leadership and management of the groups Perth workshop facility
Provide leadership and management of the supply and logistics function
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness
Manage maintenance budgets, procurement, and contractor relationships
Coach and develop a high-performing team of maintenance professionals
Assist with internal and external audits
Oversee major repair and component rebuild planning and execution management
What You Bring:
Proven leadership with the ability to influence, motivate and, develop teams
Advanced understanding of drilling processes and equipment
Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience within mining and construction industry
Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle costing, ISO55001 compliance, and program of work development
