Job Description
What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain waterwell drilling rigs and associated equipment
Lead and manage a small crew on-site, ensuring safety and productivity
Conduct drilling operations in accordance with project specifications and environmental guidelines
Implement and monitor risk management procedures
Maintain accurate drilling logs and reports
Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and other stakeholders as required
What You Bring:
Minimum Cert III in Drilling Operations RII1820 - essential
Minimum Class 1 Drillers Licence with Mud and Air endorsement - essential
Proven experience in Waterwell drilling, within the Pilbara region - advantageous but not essential
Strong understanding of risk management and safety protocols
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a crew
Valid Drivers Licence
National Police Clearance
